Windows®-based Accent devices are available in three sizes with many vocabulary options to help individuals achieve independent and interactive communication. They are suitable for a variety of abilities, literacy levels, or motor skills.

• Accent 1000 (10-inch)
• Accent 1400 (14-inch)

All three offer touch, switch, and head tracking access options. Eye tracking is available on the two larger devices as the bigger screen provides larger buttons for easier activations. Many also choose to add a Keyguard or TouchGuide to assist with touch access. Plus, there’s an Accent 1000 Tactile KeyGuide for LAMP Words for Life® - VI to support communicators with vision impairments.

  • Unity – the original core word system offering configurations ranging from 4-144 button locations
  • Unidad® – a bilingual Spanish/English vocabulary with configurations ranging from 28-84 button locations
  • LAMP Words for Life – this 84-button location vocabulary was developed to use with the Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP)™ therapy approach
  • CoreScanner™ – a vocabulary for individuals who use switches
• WordPower® – combines core vocabulary, spelling, logical next words, and word prediction
• Essence® – Text-based communication with phrases, spelling, and word prediction for literate users with acquired communication disorders
