instructor imageLucy Iannamorelli, M.S., CCC-SLP, Lucy earned both her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). Prior to joining PRC-Saltillo, Lucy worked as a speech-language pathologist at a special education school for about 8 years, where she supported children aged 3 to 21 with a wide range of communication needs. In her previous role, Lucy developed a strong foundation in working with individuals who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), including those with autism spectrum disorder, multiple disabilities, visual impairments, and motor impairments. She provided mentoring to new therapists and worked alongside Special Education Teachers, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Teachers of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and Teachers of the Visually Impaired to best serve her clients and their individualized AAC needs. Lucy conducted AAC evaluations, consulted with team members and families, and provided ongoing therapy for the children that she served. Lucy is passionate about helping individuals find their voice and shares, “I believe that there is an AAC system out there for all bodies, and the best way to start is finding something meaningful and exciting to talk about or connect with!” Her approach emphasizes collaboration with families and educators to create supportive, engaging environments that foster communication growth.

Lucy holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and a state license in Speech- Language Pathology from the state of Pennsylvania.
